Our Mission and Goals

To promote a positive, competitive attitude, instilling self-confidence and nurturing the principles of teamwork, character, respect and integrity in both victory and defeat. With an emphasis on developing the fundamentals of fastpitch softball knowledge and skills, learning to work as a team and develop self-confidence while having fun.

• Path: Provide a clear and easy to follow pathway to reach whatever goals each individual girl has for her softball career.

• Progression: Provide a clear and concise progression along this pathway that each girl can progress through on her way to her goals.

• Place: Provide a place for every girl on the pathway of progression regardless of age and skill level
